Your use of Dream Home is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which you reside. By using our platform, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the state of your primary residence. We believe in meeting you where you are, literally and legally. This ensures that you are never forced to travel far to protect your rights. If you are a first-time homebuyer planning your ideal home, you can rest assured that local laws will apply to your relationship with Dream Home.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be settled informally, both parties agree to first attempt mediation in your home state. Should mediation fail, any unresolved claims will be settled by binding arbitration, conducted by a neutral arbitrator in your home county. This process is designed to be faster and less expensive than court litigation. Arbitration fees will be shared equally, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. You may also bring claims on an individual basis only—no class actions or representative proceedings are permitted.
