The Bathroom Showroom at City Plumbing has made its virtual design appointment service permanent, helping busy tradespeople make their customer’s dream bathroom a reality.

Born out of the pandemic when showrooms were closed to the public, The Bathroom Showroom set out to offer virtual appointments on a temporary basis but soon discovered their popularity among tradespeople and their customers alike. Following a trial during summer 2021, the business has now launched the service nationally, giving customers the opportunity to speak with an expert either online or in-person from a choice of over 260 UK showrooms.
