Homeowners often spend a lot of money on renovations expecting to recoup more than they likely will. But some projects offer better returns than others.

Laura Hamilton revealed she was forced to call the fire brigade after a fire broke out during the rebuild of her new home.

The A Place In The Sun presenter, 40, took to Instagram to share a video of a firefighter putting out a blaze which appeared to be in the grounds of her new property.
